Terms & Conditions

1. This is a promotion run by Spell Designs Pty Ltd and is no way associated with Instagram
2. Entrants must post a picture of their Mum to their own public Instagram feed (must be public so we can see the entry). Post must have #spellxmumma and tag @spell_byronbay to be eligible.
3. Winners will be drawn May 9th, 11am (AEST – Australian time).
4. Winners will be notified via an Instagram inbox message coming from our @spell.customercare account at that time.
5. Winners will need to respond with their email address within one week to claim their prize, we will email them with their $200 voucher.
6. If any winner does not respond within the above timeframe, we may have to choose alternative winners (same process as above).
7. Spell Designs Pty Ltd decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
